Version 2 Coming Soon!

It has been 2 years since I've uploaded my very first game on itch, and this is the first time I'm giving a nice update to this very underrated game which will have some new features that I'm working on right now.

One of new features I want added to this game is the Merlin mode, named after the 1970s handheld electronic game which has that game mode. Perhaps, expanding the board to cover up to a 5x5 grid might sound a bit challenging. That as long as it's solvable, and I (still) haven't found a way to make each randomized problem to be solvable using quiet patterns that you want to use in case you're in a pickle.

Unfortunately, we're on our own to find good strategies for what's in store in Stobros Mini Lights Out, so that it will help me make our automated solver.

The downside to all the new contents is that they will only be available if you want to buy the paid version of the game. The price for this is TBD, but I'll make it affordable for everyone interested of trying out this game.

I will also be adding a playable demo version of this game if you want to play this on your PC browser. Which means, only the contents from v1.1, will be on the web browser version. So don't expect the new stuff to be there.

As a footnote, while there already exists an actual Mini Lights Out handheld game which has a 4x4 grid, I've added the "(Stobros)" part in the name, just to give some clarity. I hope you like this post, and make sure you tell your puzzle enthusiastic friends about this game.
